ACT'S LOWREY DSQ UPHELD BY COMMISSION
Following an ACT Commission hearing convened on Wednesday, June 29 to hear the appeal of Late Model competitor Rich Lowrey for his disqualification from Thunder Road's June 19 race, the commission has upheld the original decision to disqualify him from the event based on the rules infractions. He will receive no championship points or prize money. The $100 fine stands as does the season-long probation for Lowrey and crew chief Tony Andrews.

FINAL EVENT ANNOUNCED FOR STREET STOCK TRIPLE CROWN
Thunder Road's Allen Lumber Street Stock division is joining the ACT Late Models and Tiger Sportsmen on the road ni 2005 according to an announcement at a press conference Tuesday, June 28 in Burlington, VT. ACT President Tom Curley revealed the third and final stop on the recently revealed Street Stock Triple Crown as New Hampshire's Lee USA Speedway, a one-third mile paved oval.

BOND AUTO TO PRESENT ACT'S $10,000 TO WIN LABOR DAY CLASSIC
The American-Canadian Tour (ACT), Thunder Road International Speedbowl and Bond Auto Parts announced today (Tuesday, June 28) at a press conference in Burlington, VT that Bond Auto Parts has signed on as the entitlement sponsor of the ACT Tour's $10,000 to win Super Series event at the Barre, VT high banked, quarter-mile oval on Sept 4.
